We are looking for experienced, reliable and detail-oriented WordPress and website developers to support multiple ongoing and upcoming client projects. This is a long-term opportunity for developers who can build professional, responsive and high-performing websites from Figma designs, reference websites or documented project requirements. Applicants must have completed at least 10 website-development projects and provide a portfolio containing genuine, verifiable examples of their work. Responsibilities * Develop complete WordPress and custom websites * Convert Figma designs into accurate, responsive websites * Customise WordPress themes, templates and plugins * Build websites using Elementor, WooCommerce and other suitable tools * Develop custom functionality using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP * Integrate contact forms, payment gateways, APIs and third-party platforms * Configure products, categories, checkout and payment workflows for e-commerce websites * Ensure compatibility across desktop, tablet and mobile devices * Improve website speed, performance, security and technical SEO * Troubleshoot and resolve design, plugin and functionality issues * Manage hosting, domains, DNS, SSL certificates and website migrations * Deploy websites across development, staging and production environments * Perform pre-launch testing and resolve identified issues * Provide maintenance and post-launch support when required Mandatory Requirements * A minimum of 10 successfully completed WordPress or website-development projects * A strong portfolio containing live websites you personally developed * Proven professional experience in WordPress and website development * Strong experience with responsive website development * Ability to accurately convert Figma designs into functional websites * Experience with Elementor, WooCommerce or comparable development tools * Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP * Experience with website hosting, domains, DNS and migrations * Ability to integrate APIs, payment gateways and third-party tools * Strong attention to visual design and technical details * Clear written and verbal communication * Reliable availability and the ability to meet agreed deadlines * Ability to work independently and provide regular progress updates Preferred Experience * Custom WordPress theme or plugin development * Shopify, Webflow, Wix or Squarespace development * E-commerce and service-business websites * Website accessibility and technical SEO * Website speed and Core Web Vitals optimisation * Git or other version-control systems * Staging and production deployment workflows * Ongoing website maintenance and security What We Offer * Multiple ongoing and upcoming website projects * Opportunities for long-term collaboration * Clear project requirements and design references * Potential for larger projects based on performance * Consistent work for developers who demonstrate quality and reliability How to Apply Please include the following information in your proposal: 1.
