Experienced YouTube Thumbnail Designer Wanted

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced YouTube Thumbnail Designer to join our team. If you understand psychological triggers, high-contrast framing, click-through rate (CTR) optimization, and how to tell a story in a single image, we want to work with you. This is a long-term opportunity for the right creator. We currently produce 1-2 videos per week. What You Will Do: - Design high-CTR thumbnails using Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator. - Analyze competitor thumbnails to create designs that stand out in feed results. - Deliver 2–3 variations per video so we can A/B test titles and visuals. - Collaborate closely with our editor and scriptwriter on visual concepts. Requirements: - Proven portfolio of successful YouTube thumbnails (please share links to channels you work with). - Mastery of typography, color theory, and facial editing (making expressions pop). - Fast turnaround times (typically 24–48 hours from concept approval). - Strong communication skills and willingness to iterate based on performance data.
