Experienced knit garment technologist for short technical consultation

We are a small European brand developing a premium cotton jersey t-shirt. We are in the sampling stage with factories in several countries. We are not looking for design, tech packs, patterns or branding. Those are handled. We need an experienced technical person to review the decisions we have already made and tell us where we are wrong, on yarn, fabric weight, finishing and fit proportions. This is a short advisory engagement: one consultation call to start, with written notes, and possibly more later as physical samples arrive. Please apply only if you have personally developed cotton jersey garments with mills and factories, from yarn selection through bulk approval. Please answer these three questions in your proposal. Short, specific answers from real experience are what we are looking for. 1. Name two or three knit mills or garment factories you have personally worked with on cotton jersey, and roughly what yarn specifications you used with them. If you cannot name them for confidentiality reasons, describe them (country, size, machine type) and what you specified. 2. Heavy single jersey often twists at the side seams or feels stiff after washing. In your own production runs, what did you actually do to prevent this? 3. What is the biggest mistake you see brands make with softeners and enzyme treatments on heavier cotton jersey? Also tell us: your hourly rate, how many hours you would propose for this scope, and your availability. We are comparing several offers and will decide on experience first.
