Expert Architect & 3D Artist Needed: Full-Scale Art Gallery, Wine Bar, & Exterior Design

We are looking for an exceptional, expert-level Architect and 3D Artist to lead the architectural and visual design of a high-end commercial project. The space is currently in a "grey shell" (unfinished/raw) state, and our goal is to design a cohesive venue that seamlessly blends an elegant art gallery with a sophisticated wine bar and cafe. This is a comprehensive 360-degree project. We are not just looking for interior decoration; we need a professional capable of solving technical architecture (MEP, lighting, plumbing routing), interior design, facade interventions, and garden landscaping. If you have the vision to transform a grey shell into a functional masterpiece, and your renders are indistinguishable from real photography, you are the right fit. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables: - Architectural Layout & Blueprints: Take the current grey shell plans and develop a highly functional spatial layout that perfectly flows between the gallery and the bar. - MEP & Lighting Design: Design the technical blueprints for electrical routing, comprehensive lighting design, and the modification/adaptation of existing plumbing and pipes for the bar and service areas. - Exterior & Landscape Design: Completely design the building's facades to attract our target audience, as well as the layout and landscaping of the garden area. - Comprehensive Interior Design: Select furniture, finishes, textures, and plan the gallery’s exhibition spaces. - High-End Rendering: Deliver stunning, hyper-realistic 3D renders covering interiors, facades, and the garden space. Required Skills & Expertise: - Full Architectural Capabilities: Proven ability to develop technical and executive blueprints (electrical, plumbing, lighting) for unfinished commercial spaces. - Hospitality & Exterior Experience: A robust portfolio showcasing cafes, bars, or galleries, including successful facade and landscape designs. - Absolute Mastery of Aesthetics: A sharp eye for high-end design. Every millimeter of the indoor and outdoor space must be thoughtfully curated. - Software Proficiency: Expert-level use of architectural drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit) and top-tier rendering engines (e.g., Corona, V-Ray, Unreal Engine, Lumion, or 3ds Max workflows).
