We're a web agency looking for a front-end developer who specializes in premium animated websites — the kind where scroll interactions, motion, and art direction are the whole point. If you can build at that level (or better), we want to talk. How we work: We hand you the client brief — their info, content, requirements, and goals. From there, you own the creative and technical execution: you design the site flow and page structure, then produce all the imagery, visuals, and scroll/motion animations that bring it to life. We're hiring you to think, not just to implement pixel-perfect handoffs. What you'll do: Translate a client brief into a compelling site structure and scroll narrative Design and produce the visuals, imagery, and animations (no separate designer — you handle art direction) Build smooth, performant scroll-based animations and micro-interactions Ensure the result is responsive, fast-loading, and cross-browser stable You're a strong fit if you have: A portfolio of live animated sites you built yourself at this level of polish Strong command of modern animation tooling (GSAP, ScrollTrigger, Framer Motion, Lenis/smooth-scroll, WebGL/Three.js a plus) and/or Webflow with custom interactions A real eye for design, motion timing, and pacing — not just technical execution Attention to performance (Core Web Vitals, optimized assets)
