Expert HTML Email Signature Designer & Developer

We are looking for an experienced HTML Email Signature Designer/Developer to create a coordinated set of professional, animated HTML email signatures for three related companies. We need an independent, modern design concept—not just a copy of old templates. The layout must be clean, highly professional, and fully functional across all major email clients. Key Requirements & Structure The final result must be a hybrid HTML signature: employee and contact information should remain real, editable HTML text, while logos, service illustrations, and animations remain separate image assets. We do not want the entire signature flattened into one image. Each signature design must include: - Company logo (without slogan attached) - Employee name & job title - Telephone & mobile numbers - Clickable email address & website - Company physical address - Applicable certification / accreditation marks - Company slogan - A clean visual representation (icon system) of the company’s main services (no dense photos) - A subtle animated element (GIF/APNG) where the first frame forms a complete, clear static signature for email clients that do not support animation Deliverables 1. Editable Design Source Files (Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator) 2. Separated & Exported Assets (Logos, icons, badges) 3. Optimized Animation & Static Fallback Images 4. Final HTML Email Templates (Modular code so employee details or individual assets can be updated easily without rebuilding the template) 5. Testing / Proof of Rendering showing cross-client compatibility (Outlook Desktop, Outlook Web, Gmail, and Mobile screens) Preferred Qualifications - Proven track record of designing and coding table-based, responsive HTML email signatures. - Deep understanding of email client quirks (especially Microsoft Outlook's rendering engine). - Experience creating lightweight, subtle web graphics and CSS/GIF animations optimized for email performance.
