We have a Japan-native relationship-intelligence CRM. We need a paid media manager with native Japanese fluency and real Japan-market experience to drive sign-ups and paying customers. What you'll own: Build/optimize campaigns across the Japan landscape — Google, Meta, Yahoo! Japan, and LINE Ads as relevant Native Japanese ad copy and creative direction Full-funnel optimization from ad to sign-up to paid Weekly reporting on sign-ups, CAC, conversions, and ROAS Must-have: Native-level Japanese and proven paid-acquisition experience in the Japanese market Familiarity with Japan-specific platforms (Yahoo! Japan, LINE) alongside Google/Meta B2B SaaS sign-up / trial-to-paid experience Data-driven testing and optimization In your proposal, include: Japan-market campaigns you've run, the results, and your SaaS experience.
