Expert Media Buyer – Meta Ads | Remote We are looking for an expert Media Buyer with 10+ years of experience in running and optimizing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in campaign strategy, audience targeting, creative testing, optimization, scaling, and performance analysis. Requirements 10+ years of experience in Media Buying. Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager. Proven experience running and scaling successful campaigns. Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, and conversion optimization. Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. Experience with fundraising/non-profit campaigns is a plus. Strong communication and reporting skills. Budget $10–$15/hour, depending on experience and expertise.
