You will collaborate with our team to translate complex technical features into easy-to-understand resources for end-users and developers. Key Responsibilities 1. Create user manuals, onboarding guides, and knowledge base articles.Interview developers to extract technical product specifications. 2. Structure and format documents using Markdown or tools like Notion/Confluence. 3. Maintain, update, and edit existing documentation for clarity. Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Technical Writer (portfolio required). Excellent command of English with a knack for simplifying complex logic. Familiarity with software development concepts, APIs, or SaaS products.Strong attention to detail regarding layout, formatting, and grammar.
