Expert Web Designer and Elementor Specialist to Polish an Existing Listings Website

We have a technically complete WordPress listings website that is now ready for a professional visual design review and refinement. The website is built using WordPress, Elementor, and the MyListing theme. Its functionality and overall page structure are already in place. This is not a full redesign or development project. We need an experienced web designer who will both review the existing site and make the changes directly. You will establish a polished, consistent visual system, agree the proposed direction with us, and then implement the approved improvements across Elementor, MyListing templates, and the wider website. The website is a local discovery and listings platform covering places, events, jobs, property, services, vehicles, and marketplace listings. It must feel modern, clear, welcoming, trustworthy, and easy to use, rather than resembling a generic directory or classifieds website. Scope of Work Review and refine the website’s complete visual presentation, including: Font selection and typography hierarchy Heading, body, label, button, and form text sizes Brand colour usage and supporting colour palette Spacing, padding, margins, and section rhythm Button styles, form fields, filters, and interface controls Listing cards and content presentation Image proportions, corner radiuses, borders, and shadows Header, navigation, footer, and mobile menu styling Alignment and consistency between different page types Desktop, tablet, and mobile responsiveness Visual hierarchy and readability Overall design consistency across Elementor templates and MyListing pages We want the designer to identify where the site currently feels inconsistent, unfinished, crowded, weak, or visually unbalanced and recommend practical improvements. This is not an audit-only or advisory role. The successful freelancer must implement the approved design changes directly on the website and ensure they work consistently across desktop, tablet, and mobile. The final design should be: Clean and contemporary Distinctive without being over-designed Easy to understand within seconds Mobile-first and highly readable Consistent across all listing categories Suitable for both Thai and international users Compatible with automated translation Fast-loading and technically sensible Brand Direction The primary brand colours are: Purple: #af1284 Orange: #F5981A These colours should be used deliberately and with restraint. We do not want every element coloured purple or orange. The designer should create a balanced supporting palette for backgrounds, text, borders, states, and interface elements. The site should feel lively, useful, local, and professional. It should not feel corporate, sterile, cluttered, childish, or like a generic WordPress template. Required Experience You must have: Strong professional web and UI design experience Excellent typography, spacing, colour, and visual hierarchy skills A portfolio showing polished, modern websites Experience designing responsive websites for mobile and desktop The ability to improve an existing design rather than replacing everything Good understanding of usability and conversion-focused design Strongly preferred: Advanced Elementor experience Experience with WordPress directory, marketplace, property, or listings websites Experience with the MyListing theme Ability to implement changes directly in Elementor and WordPress Practical CSS knowledge for refinements that Elementor cannot handle cleanly Working Approach We would initially ask you to: Review the existing website. Identify the main visual and consistency problems. Propose a clear design system and priority list. Refine one or two representative pages first. Apply the approved style consistently across the website. Please do not apply if your main strength is WordPress development but you have limited professional design ability. Visual judgement and design quality are the priority. Elementor expertise is valuable because we want the approved design implemented accurately and efficiently.
