Expert iOS Engineer for WebRTC App Clip

We are looking for one-off support from an experienced iOS engineer to validate and implement a WebRTC-integrated App Clip for having a live video call and unlocking a smart lock via Bluetooth (BLE). The Technical Challenge: - Strict Size Limit: The App Clip must trigger via NFC/QR code, requiring the thinned binary to strictly stay under Apple’s 15 MB limit. - Custom WebRTC: Standard WebRTC frameworks exceed this limit. We need an engineer capable of configuring a lightweight WebRTC build to fit the footprint. - BLE Handshake: the App Clip needs to execute a local CoreBluetooth handshake to trigger the lock after a live video call Project Scope: - Phase 1: Architectural Design & Documentation - Phase 2: Production implementation & App Store setup Deadline: End of September 2026 Please note, we are Berlin-based and require you to have a solid time-zone overlap (3 to 5 hours difference max.)!
