Expert photo editor (colorist) to join my team as luxury hospitality photographer.

I am looking for someone who can use their own initiative, and edit the way they think works. I will deliver the hotel brand information, their website, social media and info about their identity. You would then provide a few options from 5-10 of the photos. From there we then apply that look. I work with luxury hotels in Panama and Costa Rica that are typically nature based. Mission based, leaders in sustainability etc. You will have creative freedom but attention to detail and cohesion between them is very important. I am looking for someone who not just knows how to edit, but can understand how to omit a certain emotion or identity through the coloring. Apart from that, good communication and a trustworthy work ethic. Thank you
