AI Explainer Video Creator Needed for Zendesk Help Centre

We are looking for an experienced AI video creator to produce a series of clear, engaging explainer videos for our customer support centre. These videos will be added to our Zendesk Help Centre and will guide customers through topics such as: How our plans work How to choose and order products Getting started Managing an account or subscription Frequently asked questions Step-by-step product and website guidance We want to work closely with the creator to decide the characters, visual theme, animation style, voices and overall look. The finished videos must feel consistent with our brand—friendly, modern, professional and easy to understand. The creator will be responsible for: Helping us develop a consistent video concept and style Creating AI characters or presenters approved by us Turning our information into concise, customer-friendly scripts Producing storyboards before full video creation Creating animation, voiceover, captions and background music Incorporating screen recordings where needed Adding our branding, colours, logo and products Supplying videos in a format suitable for embedding in Zendesk Providing editable source files or project access Making revisions based on our feedback Applicants should have proven experience creating polished AI explainer or training videos—not simply AI avatars speaking to the camera.
