Exterior Facade Design + 3D Renderings for Residential Home

I'm looking for an architectural designer or 3D artist to redesign the front façade of a two-story detached home and deliver photorealistic renderings. Scope of work: Review the existing photos, dimensions, and any drawings I provide Propose 4–5 façade design concepts (materials, cladding, window and door treatment, entry feature, roofline details, lighting, and colour palette) Develop the selected concept into a final design Deliver high-resolution photorealistic renderings Deliverables: 4–5 initial concept options (sketches or basic 3D) 4–5 final renderings of the chosen concept: straight-on front elevation, two angled views, and one dusk/evening view A materials and finishes list keyed to the rendering Editable source files (SketchUp / Revit ) and JPG/PNG exports at [4K] resolution Up to two rounds of revisions What I'll provide: Arhotectural drawing with all the Measurements and/or existing drawings Reference images of the style I'm after modern design Requirements: Portfolio showing residential exterior renderings (please include links or attachments) Experience with [region]-appropriate materials and climate considerations Familiarity with local zoning or heritage constraints is a plus Timeline: Concepts within 4 days of kickoff; final renderings within 1 weeks.
