3D Exterior Renders for Medical Office Building

We are looking for someone to prepare 3D exterior renders for a medical office building currently in design in Sheffield, Alabama. The building design is already developed. We are not looking for a new architectural design from scratch. We need someone who can create exterior renders based on the current drawings and design direction. Project Information * Building type: Medical office building * Location: Sheffield, Alabama * Approximate building size: 17,709 SF * One-story building Available Information We currently have: * Floor plan * Elevations CAD/DWG drawings can also be shared with the selected freelancer if needed. Scope We need a complete exterior render package covering all sides of the building. This should include views that clearly show: * Front elevation * Rear elevation * Both side elevations * Main entrance * Covered patient drop-off/canopy * Exterior materials and façade treatment * Overall building form and proportions The goal is to visually present the building from all sides based on the current design.
