Exterior Siding and Fascia Takeoff for Custom Residence

I need a detailed exterior coating takeoff from architectural plans for a large custom new-construction residence. Please measure and report: * Net square footage of exterior wood siding for each elevation * Vertical and horizontal siding separated * Fascia and gable rake boards measured separately * Fascia/rake measurements in linear feet and coating square footage * Deductions for windows, exterior doors, garage doors, stone, and other non-coated surfaces * Identification of high-elevation and difficult-access areas Please exclude: * Soffits * Beams, posts, and columns * Exposed rafters and brackets * Porch framing * Doors and windows * Stone and metal surfaces Required deliverables: * Color-marked PDF showing all measured surfaces * Excel spreadsheet with quantities separated by elevation * Explanation of the plan scale and measurement assumptions * One revision if corrections are needed This is a quantity takeoff only. I will calculate the labor, materials, equipment, and final painting price. Please confirm your experience with exterior painting, siding, or coating takeoffs. Include a sample of a similar marked-up takeoff if available. Architectural plans will be provided.
