We are looking for an experienced External Auditor / Audit Firm to conduct the annual audit of our Dubai Free Zone company. Company Profile - Dubai Free Zone company - No operating activity during the financial year - Zero revenue during the year - Only one transaction recorded during the year Scope of Work - Conduct the annual statutory audit of the company - Review the company’s accounting records and supporting documents - Prepare and issue the audited financial statements Requirements - UAE-licensed / registered audit firm or qualified auditor - Experience with Dubai Free Zone companies - Familiarity with UAE corporate tax and statutory requirements - Able to handle a simple, low-volume audit engagement - Competitive fixed fee preferred Engagement: Annual / One-off Location: Dubai, UAE Company activity: No activity / zero revenue during the financial year
