FULL TIME In-House ZOHO CRM Developer Needed

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced In-House Zoho CRM Developer to join our team and play a key role in optimizing our technology infrastructure. This individual will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining our Zoho ecosystem to improve operational efficiency, automate workflows, and support our sales, marketing, and customer service teams nationwide. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop, customize, and maintain Zoho CRM and related Zoho applications. Build and optimize workflows, automation, blueprints, and custom functions using Deluge scripting. Develop custom modules, layouts, reports, dashboards, and integrations. Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party applications using REST APIs and webhooks. Collaborate with department managers to understand business requirements and implement effective CRM solutions. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing system support. Ensure data accuracy, security, and integrity within the CRM platform. Create documentation, user guides, and conduct end-user training when necessary. Recommend improvements and best practices to maximize CRM performance and user adoption. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years of hands-on experience developing and customizing Zoho CRM. Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting. Experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, or other Zoho applications. Experience integrating Zoho with third-party platforms via APIs. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs. Strong understanding of CRM best practices and business process automation. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Zoho Certified Developer certification. Experience with SQL databases. Familiarity with ERP, accounting, or inventory management systems. Experience in data migration and CRM implementation projects.
