Facebook Ads Specialist for Injury Attorneys

I'm looking for a Meta/Facebook Ads specialist to help me build and launch a small B2B advertising test targeting personal injury law firms in the United States. I work with a company that helps PI law firms acquire additional cases through signed cases, warm transfers, qualified leads, and strategic partnerships. My goal is simple: get PI attorneys/firm owners interested enough to book a call. For this initial $100 project, I'm looking for someone who can: Recommend the best Meta campaign structure Help identify/target personal injury attorneys and law firm decision-makers Set up the initial campaign Create 2–3 simple ad variations Help with ad copy Set up a Facebook lead form or recommend the simplest landing-page funnel Connect leads to my calendar/CRM if practical Make sure tracking is working correctly Launch the initial campaign Ad spend will be separate from the $100 project budget.
