Facebook & Instagram DM Appointment Setter (Remote)

We're looking for a hungry, coachable Facebook & Instagram DM Appointment Setter to join our rapidly growing online fitness and hormone coaching company. Your primary role will be managing Facebook and Instagram DMs, responding to inbound leads, initiating outbound conversations when appropriate, qualifying prospects, and booking qualified appointments for our sales team. You'll also learn our proven Sell by Chat system to close qualified prospects directly through messaging when appropriate. Schedule Thursday through Monday 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM PST Full-time, long-term position Compensation $800 USD/month base salary Uncapped commission Current setters earn $2,500-$3,500+ USD/month Responsibilities Respond to inbound Facebook and Instagram DMs Start conversations with outbound prospects when needed Build rapport and qualify potential clients Book qualified prospects onto sales calls Use our proven Sell by Chat system to close qualified prospects through messaging Keep CRM updated with accurate notes Follow scripts, SOPs, and daily KPIs Collaborate closely with the sales and coaching team Requirements Excellent written English Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude with high energy Coachable and eager to improve every day Sales or appointment setting experience preferred (but not required) Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace Comfortable working 2 PM – 10 PM PST Looking for a long-term opportunity with room to grow What You'll Get Extensive training on our proven appointment setting and Sell by Chat systems Daily coaching and ongoing feedback Clear SOPs, scripts, and KPIs Advancement opportunities as the company grows Performance-based commissions with no earning cap This isn't just another appointment setting job.
