Facebook & Instagram Ad Graphic Designer | Photoshop + AI

We’re looking for a graphic designer to create high-performing static image ads for Facebook & Instagram for our clients. We already have an established design style from our previous designer, Lorraine, and need someone who can match that level of quality while bringing their own creative ideas. Previous designer examples: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1jCLeGGfjv62E9qU66AsCJqqJ0CXbcLTG?dmr=1&ec=wgc-drive-globalnav-goto What We Need Strong Adobe Photoshop skills Experience designing FB/IG ads, not just general graphics Ability to create concepts from scratch Comfortable using AI image-generation tools Able to take our AI mockups and rebuild/improve them in Photoshop Able to fix obvious AI mistakes and make the final design NOT look AI-generated Understands ad hierarchy, offers, scroll-stopping creative, and designing for conversions Able to source appropriate imagery/assets yourself Turnaround of one day for roughly 4–5 ads per campaign AI is part of our workflow, but AI is not a replacement for design ability. You need to understand Photoshop, advertising, and design fundamentals. PAID Test Project Shortlisted applicants will complete a small paid test. You'll receive a real client, their website/brand information, campaign offer, copy, and examples of our previous designer's work. You'll create 2 Facebook/Instagram ads (1080x1350): Ad 1: We'll provide an AI mockup. Recreate and improve the concept in Photoshop, fixing anything that looks unnatural or AI-generated. Ad 2: Create a completely new ad concept from scratch using the same campaign information. You will be responsible for sourcing/generating any imagery or assets you need. We want to see how resourceful you are without being handed every element. You'll submit the final designs + layered PSD files. We're looking for someone we can work with consistently across multiple campaigns.
