Facebook Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist for Online Tutoring Company

We need a specialist to find qualified Facebook leads for an online tutoring company and manage outreach. The role includes searching Facebook for parents actively seeking tutoring, identifying strong leads, leaving relevant public comments, sending personalized Messenger messages, following up, and updating a Google Sheets lead tracker. Strong leads include families looking for weekly or yearlong support, multiple sessions, multiple children, experienced tutors, proactive support, test prep, or high-quality tutoring. Daily outreach should grow toward 200–250 qualified attempts while maintaining quality. No spam, fake accounts, bots, unauthorized scraping, or unapproved automation. Remote, long-term role. Entry to intermediate level. Target rate: $3–$6/hour.
