Facebook Marketplace AI Deal Finder + Powersports GHL Website

We are launching a powersports dealership and need a developer for two connected projects, with the Facebook Marketplace deal-finder being the main priority. We need a very fast Facebook Marketplace sourcing system that detects new listings, uses AI to aggressively vet/rank deals based on our buying criteria, and immediately sends qualified opportunities to a specified phone number or notification system. Speed is extremely important. We are currently seeing roughly a 7-minute delay before some public Marketplace listings become visible through normal search/data methods. We want someone who can explain whether they have a technical way to reduce or bypass this delay and detect listings closer to when they are actually posted. The system should support customizable keywords, categories, geographic areas/radius, pricing, vehicle types, and AI buying rules. We are already familiar with Apify Facebook Marketplace scrapers, Marketplace APIs/data providers, and have looked at Flipify. We are open to other methods and want the cheapest, fastest, and most reliable solution. Direct Facebook Marketplace automation experience is strongly preferred. The second project is a simple powersports dealership website/inventory system built around a new GoHighLevel account owned by us. Our inventory is primarily ATVs, UTVs/side-by-sides, off-road vehicles, trailers, boats, Sea-Doos, and other powersports equipment. Traditional car dealership websites/models may not translate well to our inventory. We need an easily accessible professional website, simple inventory creation/editing, easy ongoing inventory management, basic CRM/lead functionality, and a site that can be branded to our dealership. We do NOT need AI-generated descriptions or marketing content. Our team will handle photos and descriptions manually. I already have significant GoHighLevel experience and work with AI tools, automation, and coding platforms, so I want the final system to be simple for me to access, modify, and expand.
