Facial Animation Coach

We’re looking for an experienced Facial Animation / Acting Coach to mentor our animation team. Our team already has experience with character animation, but we’d like to improve the quality of our facial performances—particularly: * Facial acting and emotional expression * Lip sync and dialogue performance * Eye movement, blinks, and subtle facial motion * Creating believable, appealing performances * Shot reviews and constructive feedback We’re looking for someone who can review our team’s work, provide practical feedback, and help us raise the overall quality of our character performances through coaching sessions over several weeks. If you have professional experience in game, film, or cinematic character animation and have mentored artists before, we’d love to hear from you. Please share: * Your portfolio or demo reel * Relevant production experience * Coaching or mentoring experience (if any) * Availability and hourly/day rate Our pipeline is blender based , so experience with Blender is a must
