Fashion Designer – Luxury Heritage Robe Collection (Sketches, Tech Packs & Manufacturing Specs)

I'm launching a premium lifestyle brand centered on African heritage, African American history, and timeless craftsmanship — think Hermès or Loro Piana in quality and philosophy, with its own original design language. The debut collection is three signature robes: two inspired by historical figures (Malcolm X's transformation after Hajj; Ida B. Wells' pursuit of truth and justice) told through symbolism rather than portraiture, plus a permanent "Heritage Collection" built around African values (Provider, Protector, Warrior, Builder, Gardener, Teacher). Shared design language across all pieces: long luxury robe silhouette, kimono-inspired construction, a signature vertical "Legacy Panel," original African-inspired geometric patterns, a hidden inspirational message sewn into the lining, deep functional pockets, and premium embroidery. Preferred fabric: 55% European linen / 45% long-staple cotton (or bamboo blends), 180–220 GSM. Deliverables: original fashion sketches, technical flats, fabric recommendations, pattern development, tech packs, manufacturing specs, and sampling guidance. Ideal candidate: experience with luxury/heirloom-quality garments, cultural or heritage-inspired textile/pattern work, and full tech-pack development for overseas or domestic manufacturing. I'm looking for a long-term creative partner, not just a one-off gig.
