Fashion Designer Needed to Develop Activewear Brand Direction & First Collection

I am launching a new activewear brand and am looking for an experienced fashion designer with strong experience in activewear/sportswear to help develop the brand's fashion direction and first collection. The goal is to create a premium, modern, distinctive activewear brand that feels fashionable and aspirational while remaining functional and accessible. I want the brand to have a recognizable aesthetic that can grow into future collections—not simply a collection of individual activewear pieces. What I Need Help With 1. Brand & Fashion Direction I would like the selected designer to help establish the fashion direction of the brand, including: Overall fashion aesthetic and design language Moodboards and visual inspiration Color direction and palette recommendations Recommended fabrics and textures Silhouette and fit direction Design details and signature elements What will make the brand visually distinctive Guidance on how the brand can differentiate itself from established activewear brands Overall creative direction for the first collection 2. First Collection Development Once the direction is established, I would like the designer to develop the first collection. 3. Technical Design & Production I am looking for someone who can take the selected designs beyond sketches and help prepare them for manufacturing. Responsibilities may include: Garment construction details Fabric recommendations Performance fabric recommendations Colorways Trims and accessories Labels and branding placement Measurements/specifications Tech packs Knowledge of technical features such as moisture-wicking, stretch, UV protection, breathability, compression, and durability.
