Fashion Pattern Maker & Garment Grader — ONGOING WORK

We are looking for an experienced digital garment pattern maker and grader for ongoing women’s fashion work. We will provide the garment designs and supporting reference material. You will be responsible for developing accurate, production-ready digital patterns and grading them across the required Australian size range. The first garment is ready to begin immediately and must be completed within one week. Scope of work Create digital garment patterns from our supplied designs and specifications Grade each pattern to the nominated Australian size range Check the design and pattern construction for potential fit or production issues Identify any errors, inconsistencies or impractical details before finalising the pattern Recommend considered improvements where required Make reasonable amendments following our review Provide clearly labelled final pattern files in the agreed digital format What we are looking for Proven experience in women’s fashion pattern making and grading Strong understanding of garment construction, fit and balance Experience working with Australian women’s sizing Confidence interpreting design sketches, technical drawings, photographs and garment specifications Clear communication and careful attention to detail Ability to meet agreed deadlines Availability for ongoing work if the first project is successful To apply, please include: Examples of digital patterns or garments you have previously developed The pattern-making software you use The file formats you can supply Your experience with Australian women’s sizing and grading Your usual turnaround time Confirmation that you can begin immediately and complete the first garment within one week Your price for developing and grading the first garment Please do not apply unless you have professional experience creating production-ready digital garment patterns.
