Fashion Social Media & Content Strategy and Management

American Heiress is a romantic women’s fashion brand specializing in feminine, occasion-driven dresses. We are looking for a fashion-obsessed Social Media & Content Manager to own our content process from research and planning through production, publishing, and performance feedback. This is not simply a posting role. You will help shape what we create, coordinate the people producing it, guide post-production, and continuously improve the content based on results. Responsibilities * Research fashion, social media, creator, and competitor trends relevant to our customer. * Develop weekly and monthly content plans around launches, seasons, campaigns, and customer occasions. * Create content concepts, mood boards, references, shot lists, and clear creative briefs. * Coordinate with photographers, videographers, models, creators, editors, and graphic designers. * Review raw content, select the strongest assets, and give clear post-production feedback. * Manage Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. * Write or oversee captions, hooks, product tags, and calls to action. * Track performance and use engagement, reach, saves, shares, watch time, traffic, and sales feedback to improve future content. ## What We’re Looking For * Strong interest in fashion, dresses, styling, and visual storytelling. * Excellent taste and a natural understanding of feminine, romantic, elevated fashion. * Familiarity with the contemporary women’s fashion and occasionwear landscape. * Experience managing social content from idea through publication. * Ability to direct creative partners and give specific feedback to editors and designers. * Strong organization, communication, and project-management skills. * Comfortable balancing creativity, deadlines, and commercial goals. * Experience with fashion, beauty, bridal, lifestyle, or another visual consumer brand is strongly preferred. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves fashion, follows brands and creators closely, understands what makes social content feel current, and can turn strong ideas into consistent, polished execution.
