Fashion/Technical Designer for Minimalist Combat Sports Apparel Brand (Startup)

Hi, I'm the founder of HARDEN, a boxing and combat sports apparel brand launching our first drop this year. I'm looking for a fashion or technical designer to help bring our first small range to life: a t-shirt, hoodie, shorts, and boxing wraps. I'm a startup, so I'll be upfront: this is a first collection, not a 50-piece catalogue, and I'm looking for someone who's excited to build something from the ground up with me. What I'm after: A minimalist, clean design sensibility — no loud graphics, no neon, nothing flashy. Think understated, premium, considered. A genuine focus on fit over decoration. Our audience wants oversized, relaxed, comfortable pieces that still look intentional and well-proportioned. Someone comfortable producing accurate, manufacturer-ready technical packs (flats, measurements, construction and fabric specs) for each style. Bonus: experience with activewear/performance fabrics, or prior work in boxing/combat sports or streetwear-adjacent categories.
