Fast-Paced Reels & Shorts Editor-Business & Finance Storytelling (10-reels batch)

Short-Form Video Editor — $180 | Business & Finance Storytelling Hey! I’m looking for a long-term video editor to join my content team. We are starting with a 10-video batch reels/shorts ($180). We create content in the business, tech, and financial storytelling niche. You must be able to seamlessly blend the visual and audio signatures of these two channels: Editing Style Breakdown (CRITICAL): Shankar Unravelled (Energy & Motion Graphics): Pacing: Ultra-fast cuts (every 0.8 to 1.2 seconds) with continuous micro-zooms and zero air gaps between spoken words. Captions: Centre-screen, word-by-word animated captions with color-coded highlights (Yellow = action/names, Red = conflict/loss, Green = money/profit). Sound Design: Punchy sound effects (whip-whooshes on text pops, camera shutters, sub-booms) over ducked high-energy background music. Ahmed's Business (Suspense & Documentary Footage): Visual Sourcing: Dark 4K cinematic stock footage, historical archival clips, textured paper overlays, and high-contrast B-roll. The Anonymity Protocol: STRICT RULE — Keep the main brand logo, founder's face, and brand colours hidden until the final 3 seconds. Use generic B-roll during the story setup to build suspense. Audio Reveal: Cut the background music to complete silence for 0.5s right before the voiceover drops the final brand name, then hit a heavy sub-bass impact on the reveal frame. What I Provide: ●Written Scripts ●Login credentials to my Eleven Labs account What You (The Editor) Will Handle: ● Generating the voiceover on Eleven Labs using my account credentials and trimming all speech silences for zero-lag pacing. 100% visual sourcing (B-roll, archives, graphics, maps). ● Dynamic captioning and color-coding. Complete sound design (SFX, risers, ducked thriller/electronic BGM). ● Final pacing and delayed-reveal execution. Trial Process: Shortlisted candidates will be paid $18 to edit 1 single test reel. The winning editor will immediately be awarded the full 10-video trial batch,which may lead into the monthly retainer.
