Figma Design Systems Expert to Build a Scalable Component Library

We’re seeking an experienced Figma design systems specialist to translate an existing developer-facing repository (and partial figma library)—including components, color tokens, graphic styles, and brand guidelines—into a polished, publishable Figma library. The system should be thoughtfully architected for scalability, consistency, and easy maintenance, including by collaborators with limited Figma experience. Deliverables include reusable components and variants, variables/tokens, typography and graphic styles, clear naming and organization, and practical documentation for updating the system and adding new components over time. Please share examples of comparable Figma design systems you’ve built, particularly those aligned with existing codebases or design tokens.
