Figma Designer & Design Systems Specialist We're looking for an exceptional Figma designer who can build beautiful, high-performing digital assets while thinking in systems, not just individual designs. Primary focus will be creating social media graphics, carousel posts, marketing assets, presentations, and digital content that are fast to produce, visually polished, and perfectly on-brand. Beyond execution, you'll help build scalable design systems that keep every brand cohesive as it grows. *** What You'll Do *** Design social media graphics and carousel posts with speed and precision. Create branded assets for marketing, websites, presentations, and digital campaigns. Build and maintain scalable Figma design systems. Develop reusable components, variables, styles, and libraries. Ensure consistency across typography, colour, spacing, layouts, and visual language. Keep Figma files organized, structured, and easy for teams to use. Collaborate closely with strategists, marketers, developers, and content creators. *** What We're Looking For *** You have advanced expertise in Figma, including: • Auto Layout & Frames • Components & Variants • Variables • Colour & Typography Styles • Shared Libraries • Design Tokens • Responsive layouts & constraints • File organization and naming conventions • Design systems and scalable workflows *** You also have a strong eye for: *** • Typography • Visual hierarchy • Editorial layouts • Brand consistency I• nformation design • Modern digital aesthetics Most importantly, you understand that great brands are built through consistency.
