Figma UI/UX Designer for Onboarding Flow Design

We have an existing B2B SaaS product and are looking for a UI/UX designer to design the client onboarding flow in Figma. The product already has an established UI and design system. We want the new onboarding experience to feel like a natural part of the existing product, not like a separate template or redesign. Scope We need 3–4 onboarding screens covering the initial setup experience for a new client. The flow may include: Welcome / introduction Company or business information Team / workspace setup Product preferences or configuration You’ll get access to the existing product and design system so you can understand the current UX, components, colors, typography, spacing, and overall visual language before designing. What we’re looking for Strong UI/UX experience with SaaS or B2B products Excellent Figma skills Ability to work within an existing design system Clean and intuitive onboarding UX Strong visual hierarchy and attention to spacing Reusable Figma components Properly organized Figma file Ability to make thoughtful UX decisions instead of simply following a template Deliverables Complete 3–4 screen onboarding flow in Figma Desktop designs Mobile/responsive considerations Reusable components following the existing design system Properly organized Figma file Final designs ready for frontend development The goal is to make the onboarding experience simple, professional, and easy for a new business user to complete while keeping it visually consistent with the existing product.
