Figma Website Designer Needed | 20-40 Hours/Week

Digital Sprout is a growing digital marketing agency specializing in websites and marketing for home service businesses across the US. We're looking for a talented Website Designer who can start at approximately 20 hours per week and grow into a full-time role as our client base continues to expand. Who We're Looking For: An A-player—someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates proactively, and consistently delivers high-quality designs without needing constant supervision. The ideal candidate has experience working in an agency environment, can successfully manage multiple projects at once, and actively uses AI tools as part of their design process to increase speed, quality, and productivity. Responsibilities: - Design homepage mockups and interior page layouts (service pages and other pages as needed) - Collaborate with our team to ensure projects stay on schedule - Incorporate client feedback and revisions efficiently - Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and established design systems - Design and create monthly social media graphics for our clients - Design website elements on an ad hoc basis Requirements: - Strong portfolio showcasing website design work - Advanced proficiency in Figma, including agents and library experience - Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices - Excellent communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines - Attention to detail and commitment to quality - Reliable internet connection and availability during at least part of EST business hours Nice to Have: - Experience designing websites for home service businesses - Basic understanding of WordPress and Elementor - Experience creating style guides and design systems What Success Looks Like: - Projects are completed on time and with minimal revisions - Communication is proactive and transparent - Designs are clean, modern, and conversion-focused - You identify opportunities for improvement instead of simply following instructions To Apply: Please start your cover letter with "I'm a Human 1098."
