Summary

I have a patent in the US that has been allowed and is scheduled to issue shortly. I want to apply for a patent in China. The 2023 provisional filing and the later non-provisional are outside the 12-month priority period, but the CIP-added subject matter may be eligible for an April 15, 2026 priority date. This is a utility patent for technology. Please provide your experience and identify some successful patents for which you have been entirely responsible. Give me a timeline and cost for your preparation, the filing, processing and approval. If we go any further, I'll provide the patent #.
