Final Cut Pro Video Editor

I’m looking for a freelancer or multiple to help with video editing projects, starting with footage prep and basic editing before moving into more complex deliverables. We film many weekly and daily events and shoots to weddings and have a editing process between editors that will prep footage to our editors that take those preps and create recaps, concepts, or trailers. I need as many editors to perform basic editing, sifting through footage to cut down shots and sort from best usable to least. Reiterating - Starting off you'd receive footage of different events/shoots, and after explaining and showing you what this would look like we would receive from you a "footage prep" which would be a Final Cut Pro project you would send over. Pay - Most of these footage prep projects take 1 to 3 hours depending on the event or shoot to complete and in general we pay about $20/hour depending on experience. Can expect 2-3 of these or more a week as well as progressing to other editing projects after some time.
