Financial Coach for Small Business

Looking for a Financial Coach / Fractional CFO for a Small Business I'm the owner of a growing tutoring company and I'm looking for an experienced finance professional who can help me better understand my personal and business's financials. I'm not looking for someone to take over my bookkeeping or accounting. Instead, I'm looking for someone who can sit down with me over a few sessions and help me become more financially confident and informed. Ideally, you have experience as a: -Fractional CFO -Retired CFO -Controller -CPA with small business advisory experience -Financial consultant for small businesses I'd love help with things like: -Understanding my Profit & Loss statement -Reviewing expenses and identifying opportunities -Determining how much I should be paying myself -Understanding cash flow and profitability -Learning how to use QuickBooks to answer my own financial questions -Building a simple financial dashboard so I know which numbers to monitor each month My goal is to leave these sessions feeling empowered to understand my personal and business's finances—not dependent on someone else to explain them.
