EU Financial Regulatory Lawyer for MiCA

We are building a European crypto-asset exchange and are looking for an experienced EU financial regulatory lawyer / MiCA specialist to advise and support us with obtaining a MiCA CASP authorisation in Latvia. We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience working with MiCA, CASP licensing and EU financial-services regulation, preferably with direct experience dealing with Latvijas Banka. Our planned activities include: * Crypto-asset trading platform * Spot trading * Crypto-to-crypto exchange Scope of work: 1. Assess our business model and determine the required regulatory authorisations. 2. Advise on the appropriate Latvian corporate and regulatory structure. 3. Conduct a pre-application regulatory assessment. 4. Prepare/review the MiCA CASP application and supporting documentation. 5. Advise on AML/KYC, governance, risk management, compliance and operational requirements. 6. Review the regulatory treatment of our proposed futures/derivatives product. 7. Assist with the application process and responses to regulator questions. 8. Provide a clear roadmap from incorporation through authorisation. Important: We are looking for a qualified regulatory professional with actual MiCA/CASP licensing experience, not a generic company-formation agent or licence broker.
