Find Influencers for PR Box Giveaway

We are looking for someone to scrape Instagram and TikTok to find us influencers. We are going to be sending out 50-100 PR boxes every week, and we need to find the right people that will be willing to accept these boxes for free, and without being paid. We will reach out ourselves, so your job is to provide a simple excel spreadsheet with a link to the people that match our criteria, their engagement and average views, etc. We will list out what we want included in the document. We need someone who has done this before and understands what to look for and what to lookout for. We want to ensure we arent going after people that viewbot or have artificial numbers. The best experience at the very best hourly rate will win this job and potentially have ongoing work for months and maybe even years to come.
