Find Me 3 Innovative UK-based SAAS or Digital Business Ideas That Survive a Competitor Check

I'm looking for someone good at research to find innovative business opportunities in the UK market. The idea must be Innovative and Scalable and must not entirely be generated using AI or LLMs. In these Segments/industries: - Travel & Tourism (B2B only) - Work and Study visas - Sports Travel or Sports Industry - Physical Security Operations/ Manned Guarding - International student mobility - Shift work and night-shift workforces - Small Business acquisitions The hard part isn't finding problems — it's finding ones nobody has already solved. I've screened over 100 ideas myself and killed nearly all of them, almost always because a competitor already existed. That's the work I'm paying for. **For each idea, I need:** 1. The problem, and exactly who has it 2. Who would pay, and what they pay for it today 3. Roughly how many of them exist in the UK, and where that number came from 4. Every competitor you found, with links — including the near-misses 5. Why the gap still exists **Each idea must be:** - Lightweight Saas/ Digital Product — not a consultancy, agency or service business - Something people pay for repeatedly (an annual obligation, a recurring decision, an ongoing risk), not a one-off purchase - UK market, though it can extend elsewhere **I'll reject an idea immediately if:** - A government body, regulator or trade association gives away a free tool or template that does the same job - The only way to reach customers is through consultants or brokers whose income the product would replace - Entirely AI-generated - Something already does it **On evidence:** Every claim needs a link I can open and the date you checked it. Say clearly which numbers are quoted from a source and which are your own estimate. Use AI to help you search — that's fine. But I don't need an AI generated idea and I can quickly find out whether it's AI generated or not. I've spent months with these tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok, etc and I recognise their output: invented statistics, hallucinated data, companies that don't exist, and confident claims that a market is "untapped." Never tell me a space is empty. Tell me who you searched for and didn't find. An idea with no competitors listed, I'll assume wasn't checked. I'd rather have 2 ideas that survive scrutiny than 5 that don't. Same fee either way. **To apply:** don't send a proposal.
