Finish & Optimize Existing Glide App

Experienced Glide Apps Consultant Needed to Review & Complete Existing App Project Overview I am looking for an experienced Glide Apps consultant to review, optimise and complete an existing Glide application. The core application structure, database, navigation and page layouts have already been built. I now require an experienced Glide expert to professionally review the app, recommend improvements, complete the remaining work and ensure it follows Glide best practices. This is NOT a project to build an app from scratch. I am looking for someone who can become my ongoing Glide consultant as the application continues to grow. Scope of Work • Review the existing Glide application. • Assess the database structure and recommend improvements. • Review relations, lookups, computed columns, actions and workflows. • Improve layouts, navigation and user experience. • Configure and troubleshoot visibility conditions. • Resolve bugs and optimize performance. • Create reusable layouts and components where appropriate. • Ensure the application is scalable and easy to maintain. ──────────────────────────────────────── Phase 1 Deliverables (Fixed Budget A$350) The A$350 budget is for Phase 1 only. The successful freelancer will: • Review the existing Glide application and provide recommendations. • Complete one fully functional reference section of the application. • Improve the overall layout, navigation and user experience. • Apply consistent branding throughout the completed section, including colours, fonts, icons, buttons and styling. • Ensure all data connections, visibility conditions and actions are working correctly. • Create reusable layouts and components that can be used throughout the application. • Resolve any issues or bugs found within the completed section. • Create a troubleshooting guide with screenshots explaining how I can confidently maintain and update the application myself. • Create documentation explaining the app structure, database, relationships and best practices. • Conduct a 1-hour Zoom handover to explain the changes made and answer any questions. • Provide a written proposal outlining your recommended approach, estimated hours and cost to complete the remaining application. If we are a good fit, additional paid milestones will be created for the remaining work.
