Finish Power Apps Timesheet App

We need a developer to complete an existing Power Apps + SharePoint timesheet application. The work includes finishing the current app, setting up Power Automate approval workflows, and adding an expenses module. You should be able to improve the user experience, ensure the app works smoothly, and help finalize the project for production use. Experience with similar app enhancements and reliable delivery is important. We have a working Microsoft Power Apps canvas app for field-technician timesheets, built on SharePoint lists. The core daily-entry flow is already built and live (create/resume a draft day, add job lines, auto-calculated hours, submit). We need an experienced Power Platform developer to finish the remaining items and then add an expenses module. A detailed developer handoff document (data model, key formulas, environment IDs, known gotchas) is provided, so you won't be reverse-engineering anything. Milestone 1 — Finish the timesheet side Live-verify and fix three already-built rules: "copy last day," a duplicate-date block on submit, and submit + hours roll-up to the parent record Fix person fields so they display employee/manager names (currently showing the raw login claim) Stamp the submission date on submit Build (or verify and complete) the manager approval flow in Power Automate: on submit, route to the named approver; on approve/reject, set status, capture comments, and notify the technician Milestone 2 — Add the expenses module New SharePoint list(s) and app screen(s) for expense entry, matching the app's existing style an approval flow mirroring the timesheet one What we provide: a full technical handoff document, guest access to our Power Platform environment, and a responsive point of contact.
