We are looking for a Finnish accountant or corporate service provider to close a Finnish Oy. The company: - Has had no business activity or bank account - Has been inactive since 2023 - Has not completed the required filings since then We need assistance with any outstanding accounting/tax filings and the full liquidation process. Please provide: - Required procedure - Timeline - Total fees and government fees We are also interested in long-term cooperation for Finnish companies.
