Requirements We are looking for someone who: Speaks Finnish fluently. This is an essential requirement for this role. Demonstrates experience, confidence and gravitas when speaking with senior professionals or business leaders. Is an exceptional listener who knows when to probe and when to pause. Has excellent judgement and attention to detail. Is naturally curious about people and behaviour. Builds rapport quickly with people from all backgrounds. Is articulate, empathetic and emotionally intelligent. Works independently and takes ownership. Represents RealService professionally. Is digitally confident and embraces new technology, with experience using or willingness to learn digital research platforms and familiarity with AI-assisted transcription or productivity tools. Ideally, you'll also have: Previous qualitative interviewing, customer insight or market research experience. Understanding of Real Estate as an industry. Fluency in other additional languages.
