Fishing / Outdoor YouTube Video Editor Needed (Long-Form Content)

I’m looking for a skilled video editor to help create engaging, story-driven long-form YouTube videos in the fly fishing / outdoor education space. I already have an established YouTube audience and am looking for someone who understands viewer retention, pacing, storytelling, and clean educational edits—not just basic cuts.
