Fix Google local SEO and relist the company address on Google

Title: Domain Migration SEO Fix — 301 Redirects, Search Console Change of Address, Recover Lost Authority Category: SEO / Technical SEO Project type: One-time project, with possible ongoing monitoring Overview We rebranded from eastafricawild.com to africawildsafaris.com. The migration was handled badly by a previous developer. No 301 redirects were put in place, so both domains ended up live and indexed by Google at the same time. The result is that 13 years of organic authority is now split across two competing domains and our rankings have collapsed. We need someone who has done domain migrations before and can fix this properly, not experiment on it. This is a recovery job, not a growth campaign. What needs to happen Full URL mapping. Map every old URL on eastafricawild.com to its correct destination on africawildsafaris.com. Note that our blog/journal URL structure changed between the two domains, so a blanket wildcard redirect will create 404s. This needs to be done page by page. Implement page-level 301 redirects from the old domain to the new one, based on that mapping. Old page to matching new page, not everything dumped on the homepage. Google Search Console. Verify both properties if not already done, and submit a Change of Address from the old domain to the new one once the redirects are confirmed working. Google Business Profile. Update our local listing so the website points to the new domain, and confirm the profile is consistent and correct. Verification and handover. Confirm redirects resolve correctly with no chains or loops, check for remaining indexed pages on the old domain, and give us a short written summary of what was done and what to watch over the following weeks.
