Summary

We're a legal tech startup (Trailmate) using Google Workspace, and our outbound emails are landing in spam or not reaching inboxes at all. We need an experienced deliverability specialist to diagnose and fix this. Scope: Audit our current email setup: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain/IP reputation, Google Postmaster Tools Identify why our emails are being filtered to spam or blocked Implement fixes to authentication records, sending practices, and domain configuration Provide recommendations on sending volume, warm-up, and list hygiene to protect deliverability going forward Verify results (inbox placement testing before/after)
