Fix proportions of AI-generated architectural renderings (NYC real estate project)

Hi everyone, I created AI renderings for a real estate development project in New York (corner building, Brooklyn). The overall look, style and mood are exactly what I want — but the building's dimensions and proportions are wrong. I need 2 corrected versions of the rendering. This should be a fairly quick job for someone experienced with AI image tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion/ControlNet, Nano Banana, Photoshop generative fill or similar) or 3D/photomontage workflows. What I will provide (shared with the selected freelancer): - The current AI renderings (high-res PNG) - A markup version with the exact corrections drawn in (see attached) - The massing study with the correct building envelope and floor plates - Exact location details Corrections needed (numbered as in the attached markup image): 1. The building is too small overall. Extend it to the left so it sits flush against the gray party wall of the two-story neighbor — no gap. 2. Extend it to the right so the rounded corner sits exactly behind the trash can on the sidewalk (as seen from the camera position). 3. Increase the floor-to-floor heights — same number of floors, but taller, more generous proportions, with a higher ground floor (the neighbor has only 2 stories as reference). 4. Residential lobby entrance on the cross street (wide street), past the corner. 5. Retail entrance at the arched door on the main facade — corner retail space with glazing wrapping the corner. 6. The rear portion of the main facade (approx. last 40 ft, toward the neighbor) is NOT retail: this section gets the garage door to the ground-level parking at the back, plus service doors (trash/bike room) — the residential floors above remain, as shown in the massing study. Deliverables: - 2 revised versions of the rendering, same camera angle, same photorealistic style, same lighting/mood as the original - High resolution (at least same as source), PNG Please share examples of similar work (architectural visualization or AI rendering corrections) when applying, we need it asap
