3D Floor Plan & Elevation Rendering for ADU and Junior ADU

Project Overview I am looking for an experienced architectural visualization professional to convert my engineer's 2D PDF floor plans into high quality 3D floor plans and exterior elevations. The project consists of: One ADU One Junior ADU (JADU) The layout has already been completed by my engineer. I am not looking for design services or someone to redesign the floor plan. I need an accurate 3D representation of the existing plans. Scope of Work Please provide: Accurate 3D floor plan based on the supplied PDF Exterior elevations (all four sides) Realistic exterior materials, windows, doors, roof, and finishes Interior walls, cabinetry, kitchen, bathrooms, doors, and fixtures shown in the 3D floor plan Accurate room dimensions and proportions High resolution renderings suitable for presentations Deliverables: 3D floor plan renders Front, rear, left, and right elevations Several high-resolution perspective renderings Editable source files (SketchUp, Chief Architect, Revit, Blender, or similar) JPG and PDF versions of the final renderings Requirements: Experience creating architectural renderings from construction drawings Ability to work directly from PDF floor plans Strong attention to detail and accuracy Fast communication Portfolio of similar residential projects What I Will Provide: Engineer's PDF floor plans Site information Any additional dimensions or notes needed Preferred Software: Chief Architect SketchUp Revit Blender AutoCAD Lumion Twinmotion Proposal Instructions Please include: Examples of similar ADU or residential rendering projects Estimated turnaround time Fixed project price Software you will use Number of revisions included Accuracy is very important. I expect the finished 3D model to match the engineer's floor plan rather than reinterpret or redesign it.
