Floorplan and Interior Design Specialist Needed for Home Building Projects

We are seeking a talented professional to create a complete floorplan for a single family home. Living square feet of 3300. Total square feet roughly 4300. This home will be French Chateau style. We strongly prefer someone who has completed a project with this style or similar style. The ideal candidate should have experience in architectural design and be able to translate our vision into detailed, functional blueprints that can be submitted to the city for permits. This means there need to be separate pages for plumbing, electrical hvac, framing, roofing, foundation, etc. You would need to make sure blueprints pass city requirements for each project. I would love to find someone who can also handle interior design for us to minimize how many interior choices we have to make during the build process, but not required. We are shooting for a fee of $1 per total square feet for finished binder. Plus an additional cost per square foot for interior design work. Please do not send a proposal if your fee is significantly higher than $1 per total foot.
